tsg4d Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "tsg4d", "we", "us", or "our" means the operator of the tsg4d platform accessible at tsg4d.ws, including all affiliated entities, subsidiaries, and licensed operating partners.
• "Platform" means the tsg4d website at tsg4d.ws, any mobile-optimised version thereof, and all games, betting markets, services, and features made available through those interfaces.
• "Member" or "you" means any individual who has registered a tsg4d account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal tsg4d account opened by a Member following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and any eligible bonus funds held within a Member's Account at any given time.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a Member using funds from their Account Balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalent value, cashback awards, or other incentive amounts credited to a Member's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process tsg4d is required to conduct under its international licensing obligations.
• "IDR" or "Rupiah" means Indonesian Rupiah (Rp), the sole currency in which tsg4d Accounts are denominated.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful under applicable local law.

To register and maintain a tsg4d Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system).
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. tsg4d does not accept registrations from individuals under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling at tsg4d or at any other platform where such exclusion extends to tsg4d.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of tsg4d or any of its licensed game-supply partners.

tsg4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within 72 hours of request may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each eligible individual may hold one tsg4d Account only. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment instrument — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all Balances therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid mobile telephone number, and a unique email address. The name provided at registration must match exactly the name on the bank account or e-wallet you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.

tsg4d will conduct KYC verification at registration and may request the following documents at any stage:

• A copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid Indonesian passport.
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., a bank statement or e-wallet account screenshot confirming your name).
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested by the compliance team.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds, and may be referred to the relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tsg4d username, password, and two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your Account.

tsg4d will never contact you by any channel (live chat, email, telephone, or SMS) to ask for your password or full two-factor authentication code. Any message purporting to be from tsg4d and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must:

1. Change your password immediately via the Account Settings page.
2. Contact tsg4d customer support via live chat to report the suspected breach.
3. Provide any information requested by our security team to assist the investigation.

All Wagers and transactions completed through your Account before you notify tsg4d of a security breach remain your responsibility. tsg4d cannot reverse transactions or Wagers that were settled prior to notification of an unauthorised access event.

Deposits to your tsg4d Account may be made using the following payment channels, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits originating from a bank account, e-wallet, or card registered to a name other than your own — are strictly prohibited and will be returned minus any applicable transaction fees. Repeated third-party deposit attempts may result in Account suspension.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the tsg4d cashier page and are subject to change without notice. tsg4d does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which tsg4d bears no responsibility.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account Balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the relevant payment network. In the event of a delay, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals from your tsg4d Account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name — the same name on your tsg4d Account. Cross-name withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any active Bonus Funds attached to your Balance must have their applicable wagering requirement met in full before the associated real-money funds become withdrawable.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the tsg4d finance team. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within three minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
• tsg4d reserves the right to request additional KYC documents before processing any withdrawal above a threshold determined by the compliance team.
• tsg4d does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. Processing times may be extended during scheduled system maintenance periods or Indonesian public holidays.

In the event that a withdrawal is delayed beyond the standard processing window, Members should contact the tsg4d 24/7 support team via live chat, providing the withdrawal reference number and amount.

tsg4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Members who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing on their Account.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement — the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion.
• Certain game categories (e.g., live dealer tables, low-volatility slots) may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — toward fulfilling a wagering requirement. Game contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, or through the use of third-party deposit methods will be forfeited in full, and the Account may be closed.
• tsg4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have an active, partially completed wagering requirement at the time of a promotion's withdrawal will be permitted a reasonable period to complete that requirement.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash outside of their wagering requirements, or combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.

Seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events — including Idul Fitri, Imlek (Chinese New Year), Indonesian Independence Day, and the Ramadhan fasting month — are offered periodically. Eligibility and terms for each such promotion are published on the promotions page at least 48 hours before the promotion commences.

All Wagers placed on the tsg4d Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product category. General betting rules include:

• Sportsbook: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the Wager is confirmed. tsg4d reserves the right to suspend markets, void Wagers, or correct obvious pricing errors at any time. In the event of an event cancellation, all single bets on that event are voided and stakes returned. Accumulator bets that include a voided selection will have the voided leg removed and the accumulator recalculated accordingly.
• Live Casino: All game outcomes are determined by the live dealer and/or the game studio's certified RNG. In the event of a technical failure during a live game round, the round outcome is determined according to the relevant studio's published disconnection policy.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tsg4d Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place Wagers, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or platform vulnerabilities — including but not limited to bonus abuse through coordinated multi-account wagering.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activity. tsg4d is required to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant compliance authorities under its international licensing obligations.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live dealer card games.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without prior consultation with tsg4d customer support. Confirmed chargebacks will result in immediate Account closure and recovery proceedings for all amounts disputed in bad faith.
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or other IP-obfuscation service in order to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

tsg4d employs real-time fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment networks, game studios, and licensing authorities to identify and act upon prohibited conduct. Members found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct waive all rights to funds held in the affected Account.

tsg4d is committed to providing a safe, sustainable, and enjoyable gambling environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members directly within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of 30 days, up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within one hour and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Set periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net wagering position.

tsg4d enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. Age verification is conducted at registration and again at first significant withdrawal. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account closed immediately, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned to the verified payment method where possible.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on tsg4d's brand assets or game interfaces.
• Use tsg4d's trademarks or brand materials in any context without prior written authorisation.

Game content hosted on the Platform is the intellectual property of the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, and others) and is used under licence. Any unauthorised use of such content is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tsg4d's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Member's use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tsg4d shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Platform unavailability arising from scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical failures, force majeure events, or internet infrastructure disruptions beyond tsg4d's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Errors in game outcomes that are subsequently identified as having been caused by a fault in the game studio's RNG software, subject to the studio's own liability framework.
• Any tax liability incurred by a Member in connection with winnings obtained through the Platform. Members are solely responsible for understanding and meeting their own tax obligations under Indonesian law and any other applicable jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes tsg4d's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under the terms of tsg4d's operating licence.

tsg4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — that is, where it significantly affects Members' rights or obligations — tsg4d will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting the updated terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying affected Members via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact customer support to close your Account and withdraw any available Balance.

The version of the Terms & Conditions in force at the time a Wager is placed governs the rights and obligations associated with that Wager. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions is always accessible at tsg4d.ws/terms-conditions.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the tsg4d Platform are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which tsg4d holds its international operating licence. tsg4d operates as an internationally licensed platform; its licence does not constitute approval or endorsement by any Indonesian governmental authority.

In the event of a dispute between you and tsg4d, the following process applies:

1. Internal Resolution: You must first raise the dispute with the tsg4d customer support team via live chat or email. tsg4d will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve the matter within 10 business days.
2. Escalation: If the internal resolution process does not produce an outcome satisfactory to you within 10 business days, you may escalate the dispute to the independent dispute resolution body designated by tsg4d's licensing authority. 3. Arbitration: Any dispute not resolved through the above processes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
